Your store is built on PrestaShop, and you can extend it with custom features. Payments, carriers, invoicing and third-party modules depend on the providers and on each project's setup. Some connections may require licenses, fees or external services; it's best to pin them down before signing up.

It works on your development store: it designs the theme and pages, installs or builds the modules you need and improves SEO, and you see every change in a live preview. When you're happy, you publish the store. After that, design changes made in development reach your live store only when you decide, without touching its products, orders or customers. Complex changes may need technical oversight.

Aipresta hosts your store and takes care of server security. We save automatic backups when you publish and before any operation that changes the store (restoring, changing the domain, bringing changes over) and, on plans that include it, a backup every night. You can also create your own restore points, roll back to them in one click and download them. How many restore points you get and how long they're kept depend on your plan. You manage your team's accounts and access.

Your store and your data are yours: from your restore points you can download a full copy at any time, with the database and files, and take it to another provider. If you cancel, your live store enters a grace period and we let you know by email; when it ends, the store is suspended without deleting anything, and after the retention period it's deleted, keeping a final copy you can download. If you go back to a paid plan before then, the store resumes on its own.

For each plan, we show estimated ranges of visits and orders to help you choose your hosting. They aren't automatic limits: peaks in concurrent users, your catalog, modules and configuration all affect performance. On plans with several stores, the traffic reference is the total across all of the plan's stores. If you expect intensive campaigns or are approaching the recommended range, we'll review the resources you need with you, and whether another plan makes sense.

Yes. Describe what you need and the AI builds the module in your development store, where you review it before bringing it to your live store. Complex integrations may need technical oversight and access to the external services.

No. You tell Aipresta in your own words how you want it to look or work, and you see the result in a live preview before publishing. You can also manage products, text and images from the PrestaShop admin panel, without touching code.

Each plan includes AI credits that are topped up at every renewal; unused credits don't roll over. If you need more, on a paid plan you can buy credit packs with a one-off payment: they're used after your plan's credits and expire 12 months after purchase. Usage depends on the task you give Aipresta, and packs don't get the plans' annual discount.
